The location made day trips easy and the staff were accommodating. Yet, the room's outdated decor and minimal furniture left much to be desired.

The refusal of personnel to call taxis is quite inconvenient!!! A refreshment service in the courtyard would definitely enhance the experience!!! Plus, the furniture in the rooms could use an upgrade!!!

I had a pleasant experience here, especially enjoying the historical architecture and the spacious rooms with large windows. The breakfast was simple but quite delightful. I'd definitely come back!

My stay at Relais Hotel Antico Palazzo Rospigliosi was fantastic! The breakfast provided a delightful selection of freshly baked pastries and fresh fruits. The location is perfect, situated right next to the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, making it easy to access key attractions. Additionally, the staff were exceptional, offering outstanding customer service and making us feel welcome throughout our 2-night stay.

The staff offered truly exceptional service throughout my stay! I appreciated the amazing breakfast spread featuring delightful options that kept us energized for exploring. The historical charm of the room, with its giant windows, truly added to the experience. I enjoyed the stunning garden view from my room that provided a serene backdrop during my downtime.

Had a great time with friends! The hotel staff were really helpful with directions and even got us tickets for the opera. We loved the spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Overall, it made our trip enjoyable.

However, the Wi-Fi was pretty terrible and made it tough to stay connected.

The room was kinda dated with old furniture. It only had one big wardrobe with barely any drawers. No writing table either, which was a bummer. On the bright side, the bed was comfy enough. The shower had some weird issues, but overall it was just okay for what I expected. I wish it had a bit more charm.

the front desk was not helpful at all,, and we felt neglected. on the bright side, it has stunning views of the basilica, clean rooms with decent air conditioning, and a central courtyard that's perfect for relaxing.
